This SLA outlines adAura’s policies for service delivery, support, and payments. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment & Service Terms
A. Advertising Campaigns
For new clients, adAura provides proof of work before final settlement under the following conditions:
- Upon completion of the ad setup, adAura will provide a screenshot from the Ad Manager as proof that the task is finished and pending third-party review.
- Once this proof is submitted, the client has exactly 15 minutes to make the full payment.
- If payment is not received within this 15-minute window, the campaign will be deleted immediately without further notice.
B. Website Design & Development
- Clients are required to pay 50% in advance to initiate the project.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid once the project is ready for delivery.
- The site will only be hosted on the client's live panel after final payment is cleared. Clients may review the progress via our internal staging system.
C. All Other Services
- All other services, including but not limited to Domain Registration and Hosting, require 100% advance payment as these depend on third-party providers and their respective policies.
2. Sales & Results Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence in campaign execution, adAura does not guarantee sales, leads, or specific conversion results. Media platforms provide no such guarantees, and our job is to manage the technical and creative delivery of the ads as requested.
3. Project Governance & Revisions
- Client Assets: Project timelines only begin once adAura receives all necessary materials (text, images, branding, and access). Delays in asset delivery will result in an automatic extension of the deadline.
- Web Revisions: Website projects include two rounds of minor revisions after the initial delivery. Major structural changes after approval or additional revision rounds will be billed as a separate service.
- Asset Safety: adAura is not responsible for the permanent or temporary suspension of client ad accounts, pages, or domains by third-party platforms.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All transactions are strictly non-refundable. For web development, the 50% deposit covers initial resource allocation and is final. For advertising services, fees are fully earned once the setup is completed and proof is provided.
5. Support Channels
- WhatsApp (24/7): Real-time customer support for active customers.
- Email: Acknowledgment typically within 15 minutes.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure accurate payment details; adAura is not responsible for incorrect references.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their login credentials securely.
7. Limitation of Liability
adAura’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current active service period. We are not liable for incidental damages or campaign performance issues arising from third-party policy changes or platform-wide outages.
